These are pasteles. They are basically... boiled plantain mass stuffed with chicken. (? how hard is to translate pasteles!!) They are absolutely delicious and these were even more because we made them (my family and me) in my grandma's house with her supervision, and she makes (of course) the pasteles in the universe. If you ever find a place where they sell Puerto Rican food, try them. That and alcapurrias :o)

I won't promise anything, but I found that around the middle of the video it stopped being about the key he was singing in, personally I focused on how he was breathing so hard before every sentence. But yeah, I still want to freak out at how he sounds like a girl.
